This is a certifed individual who posesses knowledge and skills in fitness, and works with clients towards diverse fitness goals by creating safe and effective fitness programs, giving motivation and making the clients accountable. They therefore assist clients to achieve their specific health and fitness goals.
2. WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES DO YOU DO WITH YOUR CLIENTS
This always depends on a specific client's needs. Different clients have diverse health and fitness goals thus we tailor-make their fitness programs based on their specific needs.
3. DO YOU EXERCISE WITH YOUR CLIENTS?
No. Our job is to demonstrate,monitor, correct and keep an eye on the client to make sure that they are doing the right thing and maintaining the right form.
4. WHAT IS YOUR LOCATION?
We deal with in-home personal training. This means that we take our services to the client.
5. HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Each session runs for 1 hour.
